A Lesson In Continuous Blogging

A while back, we came across this super avid blogger. He had come up with a novel idea: Post a new blog entry every two hours, every day, for an entire year!

What’s This?! No Sleep For A Year???

For most of us, this is quite an insane idea. Not surprisingly, we were quite skeptical as to whether he’d make it the entire year. And even if he did, we raised concerns as to whether he was actually posting entries every two hours or simply scheduling them in advance. However, he assured us that this was completely legit, and that he had even consulted his doctor to make sure that his routine would keep him healthy.

He responded:

Actually I have a smartphone to do the posts in the posts on the go and have adapted my sleeping schedule (while working with my doctor,) in order to not only be healthy but make this possible. No preposting for me

It is all one big psychology experiment for myself and want to make this as detailed as possible.

Anyway, we’ve just checked on his blog, and it appears that he is still going strong going… What an impressive feat!

He’s been at this since the middle of February and is on the final leg of this ‘experiment’.

So… Where Is This Website?

The website, called Live Life Story, is located at LiveLifeStory.com. And ironically, it features a simple black theme, which reminds visitors of the sleep that, well, this dedicated blogger isn’t getting.    
 

And What Does He Talk About?

The blog is a simple chronicle of his day-to-day life, similar to a diary. In his about page, he writes:

I also want to show people every single aspect of my life. The trade-off of my privacy is something I am dealing with though. I truly believe that the trade-off of privacy is something that makes this project so genuine.

Although I realize these blogs can be seen by anyone in my life, I am accepting this and realizing if it happens there is nothing I can do. The lack of privacy is what I believe makes this project more effective.
