		<description>It is unpredictable. There may be times when we have other famous news running very hot in the morning (or evening) and if we choose to post at that time, I don't think it is going to reach our readers. So, I always make it a point that there is no hot topic anywhere in the world (at least in the geography that I target) before publishing a post.

There are exceptions though. I may want to publish a story that only I (and a few others) know. So, at this situation, there is no point in checking what is going on around me. Just go ahead and publish it and spread the word!
