I am currently developing a web site that allows you to securely share files that are too big to e-mail. There are no file or size limits, no software to download and install, and it is 100% free. It also works on all platforms, including Windows, Mac and Linux.

The site is http://fileai.com/, and it is currently in open beta. If you happen to stop by and give it a try, I’d appreciate any feedback.

    Thanks! :)

I just used a service from site http://binfer.com/. It can be one way to send the files.
It is a private P2P application that runs on your computer and manages transfers of files within your network. The private network is automatically created when you send files and the recipient has accepted your connection request.

Our company uses http://www.filesdirect.com for to both send & receive large files because it is so feature-rich. Along with receipt confirmation emails, you also get massive amounts of storage (30GB to start) and a customizable dropbox to make it easy for other people to send you files. Great customer service too.
