Time To Upgrade: WordPress 3.3.1 Has Arrived

When WordPress 3.3 arrived, we were a bit hesitant to upgrade our sites because the new version appeared to be very slow and buggy. Well, the WordPress Team has just released WordPress 3.3.1. This version fixes many of the bugs¹ that were identified in WordPress 3.3, as well as a cross-site scripting vulnerability. So if you are already running WP 3.3, it is crucial to upgrade your website as soon as possible.

Has WordPress 3.3.1 Fixed Slow Admin Problems?

Based on our testing, it seems that the admin area speed has not improved. And the Dashboard, in particular, continues to load very slowly. Other than that, we are pretty pleased with the new release.
